We have two hotels, both of which are close to university bus routes and shops. If you prefer the other hotel, you can change as soon as a room becomes available.
4) CHOICE OF BEDROOMS
We have lots of bedrooms: Singles, doubles, twins, ultra-modern or furnished with antiques. If you prefer a different bedroom, you can change as soon as a room becomes available.
5) FULLY EQUIPPED
You don’t need to buy things like bedding or kitchen utensils. They are supplied for free, but you can use your own if you prefer. We even provide tools for repairing your bike.
6) BAG STORAGE
We are happy to store your bags for free when you return home for your holidays.
7) YOUR SAFETY
For your protection, both hotels have closed-circuit television systems. Every bedroom has a lockable storage box for your valuables. We believe our fire precautions to be superior to those of every other hotel in Dorset.
8) CONTRACT
These are hotels, so we have no written contract. We only require seven days notice when you move out. Compare that with the complicated contracts and the long notice required by most landlords.
9) ACCESSIBILITY
Our accommodation is adapted to make it “disabled-friendly”. Please examine our adjustments before booking, as we cannot match some impairments.
10) MONEY
Our accommodation is really really cheap. Technically that’s the same as Number 1 above. It’s worth repeating because we really do provide premium quality at a bargain price.
